These treat are in the form of a cube. The edges are very sharp. My 6lb. Yorkie tried to est one and started choking. Do not buy for small dogs. By the way Amazon would not let me return. So be sure you want these because Amazon will not take them back.

My husband and I rescue older dogs from our local animal shelters. We were called and asked if we may be interested in this younger dog who has skin problems. We went to see him and fell in love with this little guy immediately. His skin issues are a challenge for sure, we now use a salmon and pea dry dog food and a medicated shampoo for him but this wasn’t enough. We did see improvement but not enough to my satisfaction so I thought I’d try these treats and they really do help his skin. They do stink but they’re fish so we can get past the smell because I’ve definitely noticed an improvement plus he absolutely loves these treats. I get these through Amazons subscribe and save program and it’s truly funny to watch my dogs excited about getting them. Now they think all Amazon packages are for them. I’ve posted a before and after pictures so anyone can see the difference after having him for 5 months.

These things are STANKY. They smell like fish skin (and scales, and eyes, and guts).But they're not greasy to pick up, they don't make spots on the carpet.And our Corgi LOVES them, he'll take one and run around the house with it and then settle down and CRUNCHCRUNCHCRUNCH with pleasure and vim and vigor.That would be enough for the five star rating. But then the cat comes along and industriously cleans up all the crumbs! I've already bought another bag, might have to put them on subscription.

Ordered these for my fathers dog.My father has been buying this product for the past 2 years at his local pet shop.His dog loves them.Saw this item on Amazon at a cheaper price.Unfortunately the treats from Amazon were dried out and not fresh.Dog would not eat them.The item was also not eligible for a refund.Will not buy on Amazon again.

I buy Plato products because I trust this brand and know fish coming from Baltic waters aren't compromised by oceanic pollutants. Excellent source for Omega oils for my dogs and also has a low, fish scent and doesn't overwhelm my pantry. I want to ensure my dogs live as long as possible, so I won't compromise on the quality of food I give them. I never buy any pet food imported from CHINA or any other Asian countries except for Japan (because they have outstanding Quality Processes in place), so buy Plato's Hundur's Crunch. QUALITY YOU CAN RELY ON.

So this bag is definitely full of good stuff. It has a fishy smell to it, but that's obvious as it is fish skins. I feel it would be simply concerning if it didn't smell fishy. The smell did throw off my two Yorkies at first but they're adventurous eaters and so they tried it. After licking it and finally eating it, they kept begging for more!! They LOVED it. They loved it so much I thought to try it. And so I did. Not as tasty as the smell of the flavor & it wasn't as great as my dogs made it seem, but I guess I can say it wasn't bad at all. It's also great because the treats are healthy and good for my dogs' coats and teeth. They're also priced reasonably. I would definitely recommend.

I have a couple of finicky puppies. I am so thrilled that they love these! They are healthy for them, and I love hearing them crunching away on them. No problems with choking or anything else! YAY! Yes, they are smelly to us upon opening the bag (it's fish skin!).... but so glad they are getting some omega's! Perfect size for my 15lb pups!

These are a great dog treat which they can crunch up fairly quickly but not just gulp down and swallow whole, so it seems like they are getting more than they really are. They are both smelly and crunchy, so two things that dogs really love in their treats. They are special enough that this is what I give them when I’m leaving the house but they have to stay home.
