EZPIK 66cm/26in Litter Pickers Grabber Stick, Helping Hand Grabbers

I have had this for about 6 months and it has been wonderful, definitely worth the slightly more pricey cost. Unfortunately, I have managed to break one of the grabber sides off. I have a feeling it's because once or twice I've leant on it, a bit like a walking stick. I am going to try gluing it, because I don't tend to pick anything really geavy up with it But I am going to buy another, and not be such a silly person with it! It's amazing for closing my curtains from my armchair. I'm disabled, and my curtain rail is really high. So even if i could stand, it's high up anyway, and I'm short. So I use the extra reach of the 40" grabber to be able to pull the curtains at the top and make them fully closed. Sometimes picking things up can be a bit tricky when it comes to putting it into my hand, just because the 40" is slightly too long. I migjt try the 36", so I've still got loads of reach, but have a tiny bit less to argue with when trying to put an item into my hand from it. I would say it definitely holds a lot more weight than my cheaper grabbers. I haven't overly tested it, but I have picked up a full 500ml brown glass liquid medicine bottle with it, and they're pretty heavy and a tricky shape/texture for grip. The grabber "fingers" have lots of grippy bumps. My guinea pigs have munched on them slightly, unfortunately. I do use it to help guide them home/away from wherever they are without having to get down on the floor with them and scoot around. It's also great for helping to clean out their cages as i can reach across to straighten blankets and what not. I find the locks on the folding sections to be very sturdy. I don't tend to fold it up, as I'm using it all the time, but they don't give way like some cheaper ones. It has the changeable angle for the gripper bit, so it can be inline or perpendicular to the handle. The handle is easy to hold (I have fairly small hands), and isn't stiff or difficult in anyway (my hands can be a bit hard to use). I often find myself using this in various places in my house. I have 1 cheap one in my bedroom for my curtains in there, but I will be replacing that, too, eventually. Fully converted tk the EzPick grabbers! Totally worth the money, especially if you can get it on sale.

So ver handy to have (one upstairs and one down) its great as its long, folds in two and clips in the safety clips. Variety of use not just for packets etc.and but gloves, snd scarves on a high shelf good grabber that a friend who tried it is now going to buy) it makes a brilliant gift not just for an older person and shorter people too!

Works well , handy little picker . So far so good . Would definitely buy again.

Used this for site clean-up and roadside litter—reach is spot-on for bins, bushes, and awkward corners. The 100 cm length saves your back, especially on long shifts or uneven ground. Grip’s strong enough to lift bottles, cans, wrappers, and even heavier bits like wet cardboard or small tools. The rotating head makes it easy to grab at angles—no wrist twisting or awkward positioning. Folds down for van storage, and the aluminium shaft feels solid without being heavy. I’ve used it in wet conditions—no rust, no slip. 🔍 Specs & Features Length: 100 cm (40") Material: Lightweight aluminium shaft, rubberised jaws Grip: Textured handle with trigger action Jaw Rotation: 90° rotating head for angled grabs Foldable: Collapses for easy storage Use: Litter picking, site clean-up, garden work, van stash 🧪 Performance Grip Strength: Holds firm—no drop or twist Reach: Long enough for bins, hedges, and under benches Durability: Handles daily use—no flex or snap Comfort: Trigger’s smooth, handle’s easy on the hand 👍 Pros ✅ Extra-long reach—saves your back ✅ Rotating head—grabs at angles easily ✅ Foldable—van and kit bag friendly ✅ Strong grip—handles heavier rubbish ✅ Lightweight but tough—built for daily use 👎 Cons ❌ No locking grip—must hold trigger for each grab ❌ May feel bulky for short jobs ❌ Not ideal for very fine items (e.g. cigarette butts) 🧭 Personal Verdict If you’re doing regular clean-ups, site work, or just want a proper grabber that doesn’t bend or break, this EZPIK tool earns its spot. I’ve used it across rough ground, wet bins, and roadside jobs—no drama, no strain. It’s built for people who move, not mess about.

I have recently had a new hip, and the litter picker has been invaluable to me as I can’t bend down. I have used it to help me get dressed, picking and put down things on the floor. It’s very sturdy and will pick a china plate up but fantastic for very small things too, like me dropping my tablets. It’s easy to keep clean and folds away beautifully. I’d give it more than 5* if I could.

Excellent grabber, unable to bend to put on socks whilst wearing a leg brace, this grabber was a great help. Also very handy for picking up dropped items

Good strong grabbers but a bit on the heavy side. would not recommend for older frail/weaker person

Works great no problem at all

Recomendable 100%

I ordered this item for my mother, who is too short to reach the bottom of her washer. Safe to say this grabber has been an incredible help to her, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a top-loader. It is long and sturdy, but can easily be broken down for storage. The handle is pretty big, and the button is not too difficult to push down, but for elders with weak motor control, it might not be the easiest. For the price of $30, I think this grabber is definitely worth it, especially because, in my case, when reaching down to get your clothes in a top-load washer, I risk breaking my ribs from the pressure, which has happened to many people before. $30 is much cheaper than a trip to the hospital.
