The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your detox health.

Good quality supplement
Quality is adequate and I find these straighforward too swallow, but unable to tell if these are working for me.Due to Amazon's newly updated Community Guidelines and AI for review approvals, I'm unable to mention specifically what I was expecting this product to help me with, so please do your own research on the topic.
