this unit require 3 AA batteries

Q: Does it work on raccoon and skunks?

I don't know that for sure but it works great on opossums and big rats.

Q: I have a mouse in my wall. If I put the unit inside where I hear the mouse, will it be powerfull enough to go through the wall and get the mouse out?

I have had a number of “ultrasound” pest control units, including this one. In my opinion, they don’t work…. unless you can throw it at a mouse and hit him.
