MUST READ for all Sales Executives / Professionals
PROACTIVE: Outstanding book. Simple, fast and well written book on how to excel while selling and developing relationships.I was VERY impressed with his book and I would suggest both Sellers and Buyers spend the time to read this. Simply stated, it’s about how to treat our customers. I have sat across the table from Sales executives from 100s of companies and have seen all of the great sales professionals and all of the "not so much" let’s just say. Whether you're a seasoned national sales director or a new sales rep starting in the business, I would recommend that anyone who sells a product or service read Proactive. It is simple and to the point and a perfect roadmap to success for all supply chain professions.

The leadership principles in Will Gray's Proactive book are a path to consistent desired results.
Proactive is a well-written book that provides important fundamentals to be a great leader in your personal and professional life. The book made me realize that the majority of my successes and failures in life were not by chance but through cause and effect. By embracing these principles of the book and incorporating them into my daily engagements will produce more consistent desired results. The good news is I have the book as a resource moving forward. The bad news is I could have really used it a year ago.

Will Gray’s book Proactive is an excellent resource for anyone looking to put their best foot forward in their careers. I feel very confident that following his tips, including customer research and alignment, differentiation and personalization will positively impact a career in any industry. Must read!!
This is a must for any and all sales professionals at all levels. Will does a great job of keeping the reader interested and vested in the sales cycle and the processes necessary to be successful. This is an easy read, very valuable and should be included as the prerequisite in any corporate sales training!Loved it!

Must read for all sales professional!
It is a great primer for everyone who works in sales or want to learn how to be better at it. I like the stories in the book; they are very relatable. I just recommended the book to a new sales manager.

Practical lessons on sales, leadership and life!
Amazing lessons on sales, leadership and life. Will Gray does a great job simplifying what’s most important to succeed in sales and as a leader. It’s a fast read filled with lots of lessons you can apply immediately. Leaders of other leaders can use each chapter as a topic for upcoming virtual or in person meetings.

Great read- Customers first!
Excellent, easy to read book on sales success and leadership. I liked the focus on real-world stories and building a culture of differentiation and continuous improvement. Great reminder of what’s important to the customer and always putting the team and customer first.
