So I need something to use as a headrest for my desk chair as the one from the factory was too thick.This advertised 10 x 7 x 1.4 would be a touch on the small side but should work.ONLY IF that wasn't the dimension of the box instead of the cushion.It's more like a 9x6x1 real size, smaller than a standard mouse pad and much too thin (for my intended use).I was about to send it back when a bad case of tennis elbow showed up so I strapped this thing to the arm rest of said desk chair and ended up with a really comfy elbow support.Up side - breathable fabric with anti-slip bumps on one side and no bad smell like some memory foam.Does not get hot after hours and hours of use.If you need a cushion for your elbow or wrist, this is about the right size.

Helps with sciatica I use them at work, in car and I take one with me to sporting events. I can sit longer and enjoy without pain.

Im giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 because the quality is inconsistent. I’ve ordered 2 so far:The first one I ordered is perfect. Im sitting on it right now and it delivers everything it promises. I have hypermobility (my doctor thinks I have EDS) and have struggled with piriformis syndrome which causes a lot of sciatic pain whenever I sit.I sat on a cushion from a brand that rhymes with “blurple” and it was AMAZING, except for the expensive price tag. I scoured amazon for the closest affordable dupe and chose this one. The cushion is thick, comfortable, and cradles my butt bones and evens out the pressure of my rear end when I sit. I’ve taken it on airplanes, in the car, and when I’m sitting at work. It makes sitting bearable for me, so I can’t recommend it enough.Around 2 months later I ordered another one for my mom, but when it came it was much stiffer and not as comfortable. They might’ve changed the material that the insert is made of, but it’s nowhere as squishy as the first one I bought.So, if the odds are right and you receive a cushion like the one I got the first time, you’re in for a treat. If you receive a cushion like the second one I bought it’s not as good.

It’s comfortable and works

Very uncomfortable… very hard… it doesn’t feel like gel or foam.. just feels like hard plastic! I I want to return it but they said I missed the return date… I payed for it with my Amazon / Chase credit card, all they have to do is credit me card and I’ll return the cushion.. I had another one of these people lookalike seat cushions a while back. It's made of the same material, but is thinner and had some tearing since it was a couple years old. So, I bought this one to replace it.Overall, its a great replacement. I felt with my thinner cushion, I felt some pressure points after like 30-60m of sitting, but this thicker cushion solves that, adding more supporting for those pressure points.I hear some reviews complaining about the cover being too big for the cushion - I don't mind it. At least for me, its not overly large, and it helps to add a little leeway when it comes time to take it out of the cover to wash. I do wish the zipper was a little longer though.I'm not super big and pretty thin, so the size of the cushion fits me perfectly. But, I'd imagine this is too small for others.As a final note, I did try other seat cushions with this sort of honeycomb design, but being made out of 'Gel' instead. For those with heavier bodies, that might work. But for me, the material (which is different than the material for this seat cushion) is less "squishy" so I didn't really sink into it that much because I'm pretty light. But, it might be perfect for those that weigh more.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The size & price The worst. Absolute worst. It’s hard. It has barely any give. It’s very cheaply made. It’s not at all like any of the others I have used before. It literally feels like it’s made from an egg carton.
