I looked it over carefully for flaws and am impressed with the quality of sewing and material.

I've used these straps only for light loads, nowhere near their rated capacity. But they were subjected to a bit of "abuse" due to a mishap (not their fault) and survived well with virtually no fraying, etc. They also were used in a situation where they (unintentionally) rubbed against the edge of an aluminum platform. There was no evidence of damage to the straps in this case, either. While I can't attest to their behavior near their rated loading, I can say that they held up well against incidental damage while used for light loads.

I like the round or loop style slings and the flat style works well for putting hitch on a lot of items or using when creating a point to connect a ratchet strap on a trailer. High capacity for a 1" sling.

works great for medium lifting 5 to 7 hundred lbs. Sling is rated for up to 3000 lbs. I don't need to lift that much weight for what I do.
