Great 3D Paint
I used the Tulip 'Puffy' 3D Fabric Paint as part of my first attempt at fabric painting. This dimensional paint was easy to use and worked very well on my cotton sweatshirt. The white paint dried without any change to its colour.I was very pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend this paint.

Perfect for crafts
I purchased this to use as 3D puffy snow on painted wood crafts and it worked perfectly, looks super cute with a clear glittery top coat! Dries super quickly but is easy to work with/shape.
