Oil Blend Food Coloring, 100 Milliliters Black

This is the food coloring to use!

Added this to my dark chocolate to obtain a right black color. I used too much at first and discovered a little goes a long way. I didn’t like the price BUT it was worth it. I’d did NOT alter the taste of my chocolate nor did it cause the chocolate to seize.

Literally the worth every dime! I was worried because I read how black colors in general don’t taste that great but it literally has not taste, I only tasted my chocolates. (I’ll add photos later) I agree that you shouldn’t add this to white chocolate otherwise you don’t really get black, it’s grey - I do have that photo on hand lol the other is pending from the wedding. Anyways, I only needed like two to three light squeezes into milk chocolate for black - a few more squeezes gave me jet black. Definitely worth it to spend the money on this bottle size as opposed to their smaller bottles because those are wayyyy to small and this was will give you plenty of uses, especially if you want to use it for a small business or somewhere later down the road. The bottle was sealed perfectly with not a leak in site! I had no surprises in my hands when I got the package and was able to use the top of the color mill itself to puncture the seal perfectly where it needed to be opened which was very functional! I will definitely be using color mill again!! I did buy another brand and will be reviewing them another day because baby they didn’t hold a candle to color mill!!!!! I think you officially found a loyal customer for my chocolate needs & that’s on period!

Absolutely amazing!!! Other food coloring don’t even compare to this one. No browny or any other shades, it’s exactly black color and I did not have to put half of the bottle to get color you need, few drops and perfect result. So impressed!

This oil based food coloring makes a deep black in milk and white chocolate with only having to use a small amount. I love this brand

This is my favourite black food colouring when it comes to chocolate. It is a bit on the pricier side, but in my opinion, it is worth it. Colour mill food colourings produce lovely colours and are always good quality

Gives a very deep black. I follow the method of adding cocoa powder, a little hot water then deepen the colour with an emulsion blender. Definitely worth the price
