Great with berries, ice cream or just a cup of tea/coffee
Overall Impression and Thoughts: These delicious stroopwafels are so different from regular cookies which makes them so unique and absolutely delicious. Those are really great with ice cream, berries or simply for breakfast with tea or coffee. I enjoyed the speculaas spice flavor ones although I was trying those for the first time ever. Those are individually packed so it’s really comfortable to take them with you either for hiking, cycling or any other outdoor activity. Portability: Also, came really quickly and in a perfect shape. Highly recommended.Price: Paid about $1.40 for a pack which is a perfect price, as for me.

Light and refreshing. Not something you want to eat daily but have a taste for.
Very light taste of lemon still soft and chewy like you’d expect of a stroopwafel. Definitely would try again. But the box will last me a while.

All in all,SO GOOD.
*drool* I love stroopwafels and speculoos and haven't been able to fully enjoy them since 2012, but not anymore!! I loooove Sweet Amsterdam stroopwafels (salted carmel is my favorite) and the speculoos flavor is delicious. Being gluten free I miss so many flavors of my childhood, and Sweet Amsterdam nailed this flavor so being able to enjoy it again is amazing. My only complaint is that they are extra soft, which takes a little away from the stroopwafel aspect of it. All in all, SO GOOD.

Perfect for Gluten-Free foodies
I absolutely love the Lemon Bar Flavour of these! The first time I had a stroopwafel I fell in love but years later I had to go glutenfree. It’s so hard to find GF ones but Sweet Amsterdam does it well! The lemon to waffle ratio is perfect so it’s sweet and savory. Heats up well over a cuppa tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. My bonus daughter is obsessed with them so we will definitely order again to keep our kitchen stocked! If you like lemon bars - this is the flavour for you!

Stroop baby Stroop!
I’ve always been a big fan of snacks to eat with my morning or afternoon coffee - I recently tried the Lemon Bar and the Speculaas Spice flavors and the cookies are both super tasty! They remind me of an oatmeal raisin cookie consistency, with a chewy ooey center. I prefer the Speculaas Spice flavor but the Lemon Bar flavor also has a subtle citrus taste. All personal preference! Definitely worth a try, and great for sharing since they are individually wrapped.

These taste awful!
I did not enjoy the taste or texture of these cookies. Actually my whole family found them pretty disgusting. We had really high hopes after reading all the positive reviews, but I bought two boxes and all of them were super gross. They were soft and mushy, and what’s supposed to be the lemon flavor actually had some sort of spicy nutmeg or ginger or something that did not go with lemon. Overall I was extremely disappointed. I will not buy them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Gluten free, not truly dairy free
Claim to be gluten free and dairy free, however these are made in the same facility as dairy. If you truly need to avoid gluten and dairy, please be aware.If not, my husband says they taste good and that they're "very spiced, kind of like how pumpkin spice would be without the pumpkin flavoring." So there you go folks.
