Useless.....
It didn't remove any single wipers scrach from my windshield. Followed the instructions by the letter, nothing working. 45 minutes from continously polishing and wetting and checking glass temps. You can't even feel my windshield wiper scratches with your fingernail, and yet, it didn't remove it. I don't recommend buying this item. people saying it worked, which I believe they had strong stain on their windshield thinking it's a scratch.

Worked as described, removed a full arc windscreen scratch with very little effort. Still have plenty left over. Would recommend.

It does remove scratches
It tooks me several hours to remove 98% of the wiper scratches on the windshield. The scratches are not noticeable now, but they are not completely removed. I'm satisfied with this product. I got my hand held drill recharged few times to get this job done. That's why a corded drill is recommended.
