How is thos different from the Ovasitol Inositol powder?

If you’re talking about the Theralogix Ovasitol powder those directions say 2 packets per day. Each packet is 2000:50 Myo-Inositol to D-Chiro Inositol. The Omnibiotics pills are the same dosage as the Theralogix powder packets but you’re supposed to take 4 pills a day so that’s double the inositol as the powder packets. And the pills are A LOT cheaper than Theralogix.

They are capsules--so you could probably open them and put them in juice or another drink. The capsule size is about a 0. Which is a pretty decent sized pill to swallow. 4 capsules in a serving.

Is it correct that one Jar contains 120 caps?

Yes, you take 4 capsules a day, a bottle lasts me 30 days
