Perfect size for a one bite mini tart. CIt’s a more contemporary look than the fluted ones I have owned forever. And with the wholes on the bottom and sides, there was a lot less shrinkage.

They are cute, and worth the money. I bake couple tartlets yesterday and they turn out great.

They did exactly what they were meant to do. They made adorable mini tart shells.

I purchased these molds for a new use. They work great! A popular snack are all cheese Parmesan crisps.Every time I bought a bag of small rounds, the bag contents were half broken. For an appetizer tray you need solid rounds. These molds make wonderful 2" crisps - EASY to make - recipes on internet - less expensive than ready made crisps available.

Size was what I needed but the perforation made removing product impossible. Do not recommend.

Good quality mold. Looks just like the ones I used when I worked in the hotels and casino.. People that complain about the size running small don’t know how to read dimensions before purchasing. These are great for when i use them to make small bite size tart shells for a buffet and catering at my job. For the person complaining about the tart getting stuck, you shouldn’t need to lubricate the shell if you have a decent recipe. For my tart, the oil from the butter lubricates the shell when it is hot so I unmold just couple minutes after being out of the oven and it comes out no problem. If you wait till it cools of course it gets stuck because the fat turns solid. Wish I shopped around more because there are other options that are much cheaper but I already threw away packaging so I’ll keep these for now.
