This is a good smartphone and it is very reasonably priced. However, please be advised that it can't offer an LTE connection. Instead, it offers a function called "Improved 4G LTE mode". This function is designed to improve the speed of a 4G connection to an "LTE" feel. That means the highest number you'll see on your signal strenght meter will be 4G.Product specifications and reviews indicate that the battery is fixed. Mine, at least, came with a detachable battery.This phone connects to DIGITEL in Venezuela with no problems.

I am most disappointed with this phone. It is not holding the charge. How do I go about getting my money back? I do not even want to select any stars because I am so frustrated.
