Any coating on the inside of this coffee maker plz, top or bottom part? (some reviews mentioned grey coating in the tank)

Just received my order. Yes, there is a Teflon like coating but only in the bottom water chamber. In the collecting pot there is just stainless steel. I bought a Venus 4y ago and there was no Teflon coating in either chamber. I am struggling now to find a replacement stainless steel moka pot with no coating. I have tried several including John Lewis and others.

Can this be used on a gas hob? Or is it induction only?

Yes - it works perfectly fine on my gas hob.

Yes, I use it on my ceramic hob, and no problem! it works great!
