Highly reccomend
I’ve been told by my doctors to work on my mental health using self help and I have never found the best way to. Exercising, yoga, meditations nothing helped. I was always in a grey area of emotions, they were too overwhelming and hard to manage to the point where they had began to ruin most of my relationships. This book had made me challenge my mind set and open up the different idea’s and made me think a lot more rationally about things. It is also a great book to come back to when you feel your emotions getting the better of you with extra exercises to fill in. If you’re in desperate need for self help I highly recommend this book. It’s helped me see things in such a different light and made me a much more positive person.

Amazing Resource
I love this book and wish I had this sooner! Debbie is such a sweet and insightful person, it's so helpful to have a book written collaboratively with a professional and someone who has experienced BPD and has overcome their illness. She's an inspiration and this book really helps someone with BPD challenge their thinking! Keeping an open mind and being willing to think carefully thru these exercises is really key to getting the most out of this book.
