I usually wear hat size 7 3/8. Am I a size large or extra large?

I wear a 7 3/8 in military covers, Stetson fedoras and western hats + Borsalino but it was a hair tight on this Kangol - I just returned for an XL - if you wear a 7 3/8 perfectly but added some hair you may want to go up.

This was "made" on top of the head of one Samuel L. Jackson. No one in the world would care one bit about Kangol hats if it weren't for Samuel L. Jackson.

Is it possible to get a wool ultramarine in a size small?

I would call semi-stiff. It does hold it's shape but you can mash it flat if you want to.
