I bought this for watering plants whilst on 2 week holiday. It is completely USELESS as even at the slowest possible drip rate with the valve closed as tight as possible the 1/2 litre bottle of water was empty in about 15 minutes. Just as well I found out before I left home as my plants would all have died. Whoever designed this product never tested it out. I hope I can send it back for a refund as it is unfit for the described purpose. Initially, the plant would be soaked wet and then it would soon dry out during my holiday.

Thought I had found a solution to holiday watering! Not a chance with this product. I followed the not so detailed instructions, filled a bottle with water (no bigger than 2l) placed the watering device on the end as far as it would go, turned it over to stick in my pot and water poured out everywhere. The only way it wouldn’t leak is If I put about 300ml in the bottle which wouldn’t even water for a day. I’m sorry to say this product is rubbish. Very disappointed

These are a simple device - however I can't get mine to set anymore than to drip feed over 3 days . I cannot get them to stand upright in my hanging basket ! Lol

Doesn’t screw on to bottle and even when set to a slow drip it emptied overnight.

I found Schweppes plastic tonic water bottles ideal. The bottle top is just the right size for the irrigators.

Great as one size really does fit all bottles. Down side is trickle feeds surface rather than under surface so in really hot weather, such as now, it doesn’t get to roots and you need to water outdoors anyway.
