Love it.
-U-shape: allows me to roll my body over (hard enough already at 25 weeks) without having to pull a pillow with me every time. It was hard enough moving a regular sized pillow under the blankets and without waking my husband. With this I just roll over and the pillow is there on the other side. Also, it is really really great to have the pillow behind you as well. It allows you to lean back against it so you're not in the exact same side position but not on your back either.- Contours: really give your belly that extra support so all that weight is not pulling down towards the mattress; and for me at least, they seem to be positioned decently well whether I use it open end up or down.- Versatility: I started out using it with the open end down. This was comfy, but i felt like I had to always pull the "feet" back together so that my feet could be raised at the same level as my knees in order to keep my hips aligned as I was having significant hip pain. I switched to using it with the open end up and like it much better this way. I keep a regular pillow handy above my head but rarely use it. I just use one of the "feet" as my head pillow. The belly support is still in the right area and I don't have to worry about my feet. One other great example of versatility is the option to use it for sitting. I just slide it up on my bed and sit inside the little donut that is created and have the legs up behind me, against the headboard. Super comfy for sitting up in bed. I think the option of using it for a nursing pillow would be comfy but it's a relatively heavy pillow and it seems like it would be difficult to maneuver and then have to have someone hand you baby.- Price: I really had trouble hitting submit payment when I ordered this. Who spends that much on a pillow?? But even in the few weeks I've had it, the quality of sleep I get has been well worth the money. Less pain and less waking is amazing.- Size: Like others have said, this is a pretty big pillow. We have a queen size bed and it takes up just a smidge over half the bed...if I'm careful. Hubby had complained a couple of times, but most nights he just cuddles right up to it and even asks where his part of the pillow is so he can put his knee up on it as well. I miss being able to cuddle against his shoulder but as my belly grew (and grows) that's not comfortable anymore anyways.- "The Seam": A lot of reviewers mention the seam on the inside of the U. I was a little worried about this but found it not to be as huge of a problem as it has been for others. Even when I was using it with the open end down, I didn't think the seam was insanely sharp or painful. Tight, yes, but I never noticed it digging into my shoulders or neck. To each their own I guess...plus now it's a non-issue for me as I flipped that seam down to my feet.Overall I think this pillow has, and will continue to be, a great investment. I'm glad I went for it and didn't get an inferior pillow just to save $20. It really has been well worth the price. Go for it.

Exactly As Described :D
I have been using this pillow for almost a week now and I have already noticed a difference in my sleeping. I used to toss and turn probably ten times a night. Since using this pillow I probably only turn maybe 2 or 3 times but only when my arm falls asleep. I feel like I have more energy when waking up now, and I don't feel tired as much during the day. Although I am wide awake when opening my eyes in the morning, I do not want to get out of bed because my pillow is so comfortable. I read about 20 of the reviews on here for this before buying it and at least one thing each person said is absolutely right. There are some pros and cons with this pillow, but pros outweigh the cons.Pros:Perfect size to fit to my body and extremely comfortableNo matter which way you lay or turn to there is always enough pillowRelieves back pain and hip painless tossing and turningCons:The seam is kind of tight and if its not adjusted right it tends to dig into your arm. Just pull the ends of the pillow up more to make a little looser at the top and you don't notice the seam. Easy fixIt only comes in white and it is probably more noticeable if you wear makeup. I don't notice because i don't wear make up.I am 5'2" and it is perfect fit, but if you are taller like say 5'8" or so you might find it more of a disadvantage because the part that goes between your legs might not be long enough. It is a bit big and takes up about 60% of my queen size bed. It does not bother my husband but he is not very big either. If you have a bigger significant other that needs more space or is a light sleeper, you might need a bigger bed or a smaller pillow.Over all I still think it is worth the money. As for the cons, just think about whose sleeping space is more important when your pregnant. Yours or your husbands? :D He can always find comfort on the couch.
