Far End Gear BudLoks Earphone Sport Grips for in-Ear and Ear Canal Earbuds, Black

I purchased these earphone hooks to use on the 812887014670 jlab bluetooth earphones, also known as Jlab Go Plus Bluetooth earphones. They are sometimes sold on Amazon with a small eclipse MP3 player. I have taken photos to show you the actual earphones I am talking about.- These Bluetooth earphones are probably the best Bluetooth earphones out there. They have amazing battery longevity, excellent sound for the reasonable price and last long, plus having the excellent warranty coverage from Jlab audio. However, these have an Achilles heel; they don't stick to the ear when you use them with the original earphone pads/hooks. There is nothing as frustrating as using Bluetooth earphones that don't stick to your ear when exercising/running.- I have used these for about 3 months now on the Jlab go plus Bluetooth earphones and they have worked perfectly. They stick to your ear and hold the earphones in place. They work better than earhoox for this particular purpose.- I have run 2 marathons and numerous training runs and they have held up perfectly.- I have taken pictures to show the sizes of the various hooks

I sweat. Alot. I work on a hot cook's line and without a stereo I wear one earbud to bounce around to. In an effort to ignore my co-workers and still do my job, I've bought several earbuds that have stabilizer fins. I need backups though, and these have been a game changer.Thick enough to provide some resistance in my tiny ear, my Skullcandy Dimes stayed in place during my 2 hour workout. The stabilizer kept them in place and sound was great. Will possibly get uncomfortable over 2 hours but easy to ignore compared to earbuds feelinlike they are going to fall outBought more in a small from the company website.

I lost one of my wireless ear grips and needed it replaced. Unfortunately, I ordered these, without doing much research. The package comes with 2 x lrg, 2 x med, and 2 x sm in the package. I only needed the one large for my right ear. The product arrived earlier than expected, is what I ordered, and seems to work well. But, I didn't need to pay that much $ for just the one earbud, especially since I could buy a brand new .onn wireless earphone for a few bucks more. The other 5 ear grips are of no use at this time. This one is on me. Paid too much.

I bought these a good long while to use on around the neck earbuds. I have a couple pairs but my main ones were skull candy method wireless and the ear grips fit them beautifully. Well those earbuds broke and I decided to go completely wireless I went through like 4 pairs and didn’t particularly care for them so I ordered another pair of the Skull Candy method wireless around the neck earbuds. I remembered throwing the ear grips away thinking I didn’t need them with AirPods.Anyway I searched amazon and through all my past orders until I found these. I wanted to make sure I ordered the exact ones because they fit the original skull candy earbuds perfectly. I found them and ordered them immediately. They were here after several days. I installed them immediately and put them in. The first thing I noticed is they weren’t snug like the first pack. Then no matter what, they wouldn’t stay on the earbud they kept coming off every time I removed the earbuds. I was constantly having to put them back on. I was shocked because my first time using these had been perfect and having been unable to find a truly comfortable pair of totally wireless earbuds/AirPods I went back to what I knew was perfect for me. I was totally wrong as I previously stated. After searching for days I found a pair form the first order that were the incorrect. I got those and when compared side by side it was quite an obvious. I have at least 5 pairs of earbuds that had been relegated to the earbud graveyard, mostly for being terribly uncomfortable. I'm so glad I came across these BudLoks earbud wings--they bring new life to the earbuds I couldn't wear before. I am especially impressed with how the wings work with the old style Apple iPod earbuds--when I use the smallest size wing under the ear ridge (instead of over the ridge as shown in the product picture), they fit almost like Bose Soundsport, except that the iPod earbud speakers stay outside the ear canals (which is far more hygienic). With BudLoks, the earbuds also stay secure in an ideal listening position.Some words of caution--the ring that goes around the earbud is really tight for larger buds such as iPod style. As a consequence, one of the rings tore as I tried to install it. When I inquired about this, the company was extremely responsive, helpful, and sent me a replacement in short order! They also suggested I try the 2nd generation product which will work for all Apple style earbuds, because the ring is slightly larger. Suffice it to say, for iPod earbuds, it will take some extra care when installing this product.The BudLoks installed very easily on my Sennheiser in-ear buds, and I imagine they would work for almost any in-ear bud style that is somewhat cylindrical. The fit of the ring around the Sennheiser buds was snug, but with a little bit of slack for easy adjustment.Since I haven't tried the 2nd generation BudLoks yet, I can't comment on those at this time. However, if anybody reading this review is looking for wings that go on Apple earbuds, the 2nd generation BudLoks are the only ones that will work with AirPods or wired earbuds that come with newer iPhones. First, I greatly appreciate the seller's sending me this item a second time, when I could not find it in my original order. That was very nice and led me to be sure and write a review.I am very pleased with how this item works. I had purchased a new set of Bluetooth earbuds, and was frustrated because the buds did not remain firmly in my ears. I saw these flexible, silicone "grips" / hooks that promised to hold the earbuds in place. Bottom line: they absolutely work.Getting them in place on the earbuds took some effort, but I eventually figured out how to do it. I started by removing the small silicone, earbud tip, then stretched the loop of the hook over the hard plastic "speaker" stem. Holding the bottom of the loop in place, I then carefully stretched the "top"/hook-side of the loop over the top of the earbud. (I realize it's probably impossible to explain in words what I did, so I hope that the pictures included will help.)After I got the hook generally in place, I carefully adjusted the silicone band / loop of the hook where I needed it to go on the body of the earbud. I used the picture on the package as a reference, and knew that the hook portion and the wire emerging from the earbud would have to go in opposite directions: the wire going down," while the hook pointed "up" fitting into my ear. With that in mind, I tried, to begin with, to place the silicone hook on the earbud, as close as possible to that desired position.The hooks come in three sizes. I was pretty sure that the smallest size would be too small from my ear. By accident, I put the middle and largest sizes on my two earbuds. I decided to leave them on for now to see which one works best.Again, thanks to the seller for helping me. 🏆 This little device does exactly what I hoped it would do. 🙌🏽

Came off to easy

I absolutely love this product! It was a revelation for me..I’ve ALWAYS had an issue with headphones holding in place specially when i do any sort of exercise, these budlocks keep your headphones in place. Its a bit of a struggle to put them on the headphones at first since its made from a rubbery material.It feels comfortable and secure in the ear BUT after a while area starts to feel a bit sore from the pressure of the handles.

Wollte meinen Sennheiser CX 6.0bt eigentlich erst zurückgeben, aber dank den Budloks hält er nun einwandfrei.Prinzipiell müsste ich eigentlich einen Punkt für den Preis abziehen. Man overpaid ja sowieso schon, da man zwar das ganze Set kauft, aber nur eine Größe trägt. Aber auch wenn ich 3 Paar Ohren in den Größen Klein, Mittel und Groß hätte wären 15€ für das bisschen Gummi zu viel. Da es auf dem Markt aber keine Alternative gibt und ich echt froh bin meine Kopfhörer behalten zu können bleibts bei 5 Sternen.

Absolutely love them, used them for about 3 years now and still going strong.Easy enough to fit onto your existing earphones and work a dream.I always used to have problem with earphones falling out even just sitting down, so doing any kind of sports with them in was absolutely impossible, but the BudLoks completely changed them. Earphones stay in virtually indefinitely even while active, and noise quality/loudness is improved due to them being held further/closer into your ear.Them come with 3 different size pairs, so you can find the perfect one to fit which is very useful. They seem pretty durable, though I don't regularly take them off and on the earphones so I can't comment on how much they stretch with repeated taking them on and off.They are a bit expensive for essentially just small bits of rubber, but for the convenience of actually being able to keep earphones my ears for the last 3 years (and hopefully many more to come), they are totally worth it!

I hardly ever write reviews and especially positive ones but these things rock. My earbuds kept falling out at the gym and I'd tried a bunch of other solutions without success. I was a little worried that the Far Ends wouldn't fit over my biga*s Monster buds and the openings looked pretty small but they stretched easily. So far they keep the buds in snugly and comfortably. Good job Far End Gear!

Was skeptical that they would work, but so far so good. Had to use the largest size to grip the inside of ear-lug. Beats X feel more secure in my ear now.
