Update one week later: replacement product received and it works great, as I expected based on the other reviews I had read. I highly recommend it. Manufacturer was very kind and sent me a larger version with a curved handle which is great for reaching shoulder blades and neck. It definitely has power and is relatively quiet, too, even on the highest settings. Initial review: I get horrible headaches due to neck and shoulder tension issues. My TENS unit is good, but I was looking for something easy to use on my neck without all the pads and wires. Based on other on-line reviews, I chose this over other similar products. I got it today and it looks really nice, and I liked how the adapter plug fit into the water-tight plug, but it wouldn't take a charge. I tried plugging it into various outlets around my house, nothing. Even tried using another adapter with the USB cord. Nothing. The red light around the on-off button would sometimes come on for about 5 seconds, then go out. No charge. I left it plugged in for 3 hours at one point, one hour another try in another outlet. Nothing. So I tried to return it, and because of issues probably having to do with the internal battery it could not be shipped back for return. Customer service was very helpful and refunded my purchase and waived 2-day shipping charges for the replacement I ordered, however I need to figure out what to do with the one that doesn't work. I can't send it back, it's toxic to simply throw away because of the battery (update: I did find a place to take it for special waste collection). Companies that sell things that require special disposal should give clear directions for how to send these things back to the manufacturer for reprocessing and proper disposal. (Initial rating posted as 2 stars, but based on the replacement which meets/exceeds all expectations, I'm sold! These are great!).

The company itself is wonderful, they kept communication with me, were very polite, and seem happy to replace a product or otherwise help any customer that has any complaints, which I find to be a huge bonus. My massager arrived on time and well-packaged. I ordered several things at once, so it was a big box that was opened in front of my family, with the massager box just sitting in there. Thankfully, I recognized it immediately and whisked it away before anyone noticed it amongst the other boxes. That wasn't a fault of the company, though. I didn't know that two separate orders and check outs could be placed in the same box for ease of shipping. Upon opening it, my impression was that the massager is very well-made. It has a slick, almost satiny feel to the outside of it, it seems sturdy, and the vibration function is powerful and consistent. I wouldn't have expected such a high quality of product from the price tag alone, and can certainly say it is worth its price. In terms of use, i bought it as a "personal" massager, and I feel like it's important to note that I don't have a lot of success with massagers in that respect. I'm not sure why, but I don't tend to get very powerful stimulation from them, even ones that vibrate really fast or hard. This massager is more of a buzzing vibration than a rumbling one, and I didn't find it to be the exception. But that's not the fault of the product. I imagine that for girls that enjoy that kind of sensation, this product probably delivers as good as any and better than most. However, I had a partner suggest inserting it (it is an appropriate shape and size, as well as being waterproof) and I found that to be quite a powerful and enjoyable sensation. Using it for that purpose, I can see myself getting regular use out of this product, and I certainly don't regret buying it. On a side note, I think the 20 vibration patterns and 8 speeds is overkill and has no practical value besides looking good on the box. There only seems to be 2 or 3 discernible differences in the speed values, it goes slow or fast, with very little variation in between. And the pulse patterns seem excessive. Two or three options would have sufficed there; I don't think it matters if it's in 3:8 or 4:4 time, frankly, and if I accidentally hit that button, I have to press it 19 more times to get it back to a steady buzz. Overall a well made product, a good company, and worth the price.

I was understandably incredibly upset when my previous 'massager' broke suddenly and irreparably in the middle of being... used. Now, I realize that was the best thing that's happened to me in a while because I never would have found this amazing little thing otherwise. If you're debating over whether or not to buy this one or the knockoff that's half the price, like I was, buy this one. It's incredible. I was wary of it being too powerful, but it's perfect. Before I used it, I'd say it was a bit on the powerful side, but I definitely like it. It's got a very soft satiny finish that just feels nice in my hand. It doesn't collect any lint or fuzz and I love that it comes in black. I got the black one and it's even prettier than the picture. It actually has a soft diamond texture and softly backlit buttons. I just think black is much less... obvious. The bright pinks and purples or suggestive shapes of most other devices of a similar purpose make them pretty conspicuous. I'd rather it just blend in with the stuff in a drawer and I feel like this will do that well. It works perfectly in the shower. It takes no batteries and charges via a metal prong suggestively inserted through a waterproof port on the very bottom of the device, which is great because running out of batteries in the middle of... stuff is the absolute worst. As for the noise level, it's not whisper quiet, but it's not really loud. My electric toothbrush is louder. A not particularly loud fan or a running shower disguises the noise completely. I live in a house full of people and I'm positive nobody will be able to hear it. If you have paper thin walls and/or no privacy, you might have to use it in the shower or play music or something. I just got it, but I have absolutely no complaints about it so far. I'll update if I do end up having issues, but it supposedly comes with a 1-year warranty that others have said is honored fully by the company, so I feel confident about it. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. Best possible use of 1-day Prime delivery that I can possibly think of.

Love this massager. It's bigger than my last one but it is pretty powerful! .... As people say, you can use it for many different reasons but mainly, it is powerful enough to vibrate your whole body! I like to use it on the back of my neck, as I have daily tightness there and stress buildup. It definitely relaxes you. The reason though that I give it a 4 is because (as others have mentioned) the buttons cannot be easily located (especially at night or if you close the lights) ... You have to fumble around and try to figure it out, otherwise, you can see the ridges of the 3 buttons, when you turn on the lights. Charging is easy enough, as it comes with a wire and you just plug it in for a few hours and it's ready to go again! I only use it for a few minutes at a time, to loosen muscles so I haven't calculated how long it lasts altogether but I have owned it for weeks now and only charged it 2 times so far, so I can clearly say, it's goes a long way and still keeps the strength. The downfall, is that when it dies, it literally just stops working and doesn't slow down first so you know to charge it soon... One second it's working and the next, it stops suddenly! That might be bad for someone who wants a heads up! There's a read light that comes on, once you have turned on the main button and they stay lit, for as long as you have the massager on. It's true that the red light is NOT aligned properly with the buttons and it looks pretty sloppy that way but it's just a small little issue and doesn't really bother me. Not sure why people would want to travel with this, it's pretty big and does indefinitely look like a sexual pleasurable toy so I wouldn't want to be caught at an airport security, having to open my bags up and pulling this out of my suitcase ... I would DIE! I usually travel with a carry-on or handbag and they always inspect those, upon your security check. Wouldn't be convenient to travel, unless you a) don't care about getting caught with it b)you have checked-in luggage and won't get caught .... or for those who don't travel, and don't care either way! lol...Overall, I would say for anything under $40 bucks, this seems legit and worth the money to invest in. It has a sturdy and solid build and the head does not rotate (just vibrates) so I think it will last a very long time. I'm also happy with the overall velvety smooth finish, it glides on my skin and feels very comfortable and soft! Great buy!!

Bought November 28th 2025. The charge lasts at consistent speed for ten minutes on the highest setting and maybe fifteen minutes on low then ten minutes later its dead. Took it in the shower and it started sparking because apparently they aren’t waterproof. The charger is not a fast charger, takes an hour or longer to charge for maybe thirty minutes total run time. Im so upset about this because that’s twice now Ive bought one of these because it glows and my first one actually could charge and I could use it four or five times per charge but that one randomly quit working and never worked again. It lasted a couple years before that happened. This one didn’t even last three months and im already wanting a replacement just out of pure frustration and I won’t be buying from this company again. This much trouble for this price? Hard pass!

Received my 'theraputic' massager today. First impressions-it's really, really purple. I love the soft feel of the silicone, very smooth, just feels nice to the touch. For the size, I think it is more than satisfactory. A little hard to tell that much difference in the power levels, and it has a lot of different 'patterns' of vibrations, which, for my 'therapy', is unnecessary. I have small hands and it is still comfortable for me to hold and maneuver around to get the best 'theraputic' position possible. The lights are easy to see under the silicone, but hard to discern exactly what the function was other than the power button. Just have to experiment to see what they all do. Other reviewers have commented on the lack of power, but for this size, I think it's sufficient. The combination of all the features together makes me give it 5 stars. My absolute favorite feature is the USB charging capability. Who'd have ever thought you'd be able to plug in your 'theraputic' massager like that? No more heavy C or D cell batteries to go dead at really inappropriate times. I also had to laugh when I saw the little black satin-y storage pouch it comes with. Great for travel. Maybe the TSA people will not be tempted to wave it around in front of of their co-workers if they do a luggage search..... Ahh, heck, who am I kidding? Of course they will still do that, but hopefully they'll put it back in the tasteful black bag. At first, I couldn't figure out how the charger was supposed to plug in to the device, but on the silver end, you just push it into the end, where it says 'DC', even though I think the first reaction is that you will punch a hole in it. You won't. It's designed that way. Seems like that is designed for the 'waterproof' function. It works just fine. It is quite quiet, much quieter than my heavier, plug-in-the-wall home 'face and body' massager with interchangeable attachments. My neighbors for sure won't be able to hear it! If you are in the bedroom in total silence, whoever is in the room with you maybe could hear it, but with the tv or music on, they'll never notice it. If by some chance the silicone moves around a little and the lights are off kilter from the button designs, it's really easy just to move it around back in place. Not a big deal. And if by some chance the little kids stumble upon this and ask 'Mommy, what is THAT?', you can always tell them that it's Mommy's special microphone to practice for karaoke. (See pic!).

[Updated Review] The company made good on their defective product. I am very pleased with their customer service. A new unit was shipped out to us shortly after the initial review was posted. This unit has been utilized nearly every day aside from a certain time of the month, and it's still doing great! The wife only likes the strongest, always on setting, though there are a lot of other options. Just not her cup of tea. Just be careful when you're plugging and unplugging the charger because you need that silicone barrier to remain intact. Honestly, common sense goes a long way with that, so don't be worried. If you ruin that part, it's because you're being careless or you're getting some crazy good use out of it and needing to unplug and re-plug multiple times per day. [Original Review minus all of the autocorrect fails from typing on my phone] This thing was great until I had to charge it the 3rd time. After it's second charge and subsequent use, it started turning itself on automatically. I ended up charging it and thought that would fix it. This was the 3rd time it was ever charged. It wasn't used again after that. It was stuck back in the luggage. My bag got searched by TSA presumably because it automatically turned on again. It could have also been random misfortune that they searched my bag. All I know is that it was charged before we left Chicago, and it was dead when we got home. The unit won't take a charge at all now. I plug it in, and a little red LED pops up to show it's charging, but then nothing happens. This product was $20 more than competing ones, and it was purchased because I read these same issues occurring with the cheaper ones. I thought this was going to be a better product considering all of the reviews for it. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied. I wish I'd returned the damn thing two weeks ago when we got back from Chicago but before 30 days passed. Hell, two days ago would have been before 30 days. Argh!!!!

It doesn't seem like it going to last long. And I figured that by spending the extra $10 more than I usually spend that I would get better quality. It's not bad product it just seems flimsy.

Got it for a friend as her old one broke 😏😏😏 up with her ,:)) She's very , very happy with it as I can hear her being reliefed of pain 🤫🤫😏😏 Ergonomic with a nice colour, glow in the dark if you loose it after the pain is gone, decent battery life depending on the settings and water resistant! Go for it! :))

I ordered 1 to try out. Finally found a good, strong motor, no batteries and no split or broken neck issues [like a different brand I've used before]. Yarosi is waterproof so very easy to wash/clean. Also easy to charge and comes with a handy storage sleeve. Yarosi even emailed me the instructions and told me about the 1 year warranty which I was surprised [but impressed] to receive without even asking. Pretty good service. I ended up buying another 2 as spares because they are so good. Just hope they continue to be available to buy in Australia for a long time.
