Obsessed with my new Lure body cups! I recently had a baby girl, and can I say how self-conscious I am about my body now that summer is finally here? I am so glad a dear friend introduced me to Lure! She told me about their cupping sets and could not stop talking about how she cups herself and her hubby from head to toe – lol. What caught my attention of course when she told me that cupping helps with body shaping and cellulite – just what I needed to help me bounce back into shape and into my pre-baby body! I hopped over to Amazon and bought the SCULPT cupping kit, but could not stop myself there and picked up their dry body brush mitts and fascia GENIE (see my review on these babies too). Back to cupping… SCULPT cupping set has 3 different sized cups – 1 small, 1 large dome shaped and 1 round like a mushroom. I use them all in the shower with body wash and massage feels HEAVENLY! At first I had some minor bruising on my thighs, but as I learned it was from tight fascia which restricts blood flow. After a few uses I don’t bruise anymore. I alternate cups depending on the area I want to reach – larger on thighs, smaller on the stomach and round on my buttocks. This is what I found works for me. Feels like my skin is more resilient and definitely firmer. I have not measured the circumference of my legs or waist, but I am definitely noticing change. I am confident I will be bikini ready in a matter of weeks! I still cannot believe that something as small and simple as these silicone cups

If you are not tolerant to a lot of pain then do NOT get it! It is very painful! I did 3 rounds .. 10 days massaging every evening then a week off to kind of relax and did not experience any pain.. Told my sister about it who is a massage therapist after first 2 days i used it. She said anti cellulite massage absolutely works. It does make sense that it works because your fat gets sucked in and you move the suction cup (use Oil!!!!) and the pressure breaks up the fat sells) After 3 sessions 10 days massage 7 days off 3 times and A LOT of pain and bruising i can see cellulite when i squeeze the front of my thigh.. on the back, because it was not really comfortable to do it i see 60 percent improvement.. I stopped for summer to go to the beach and pool and not to be bruised but intend to do over fall and winter to get ready for the summer.
