These are really good vitamins and I have the on subscription. They swallow easy and are effective.

As a lifelong vegan, I'm truly grateful for this company and this vitamin. I'm not being paid for this review. I just want to help other people who are searching for truly complete multivitamin. I'm fairly certain I've looked at every vegan multivitamin on the market while searching for one that was vegan, gmo and gluten free, and 3rd party tested. At minimum, it needed to include A,C, all the B vitamins, 100% of D3 (not D2), K2, iron, calcium, and magnesium. My husband told me I would never find a multivitamin that has EVERYTHING I want in it. He guessed I would have to buy a multivitamin, and then at least one extra supplement to get whatever is not in the multi. Enter VEGAN VITALITY multivitamins. They have everything I was looking for and more! If you're debating on giving them a try, I highly recommend them. You also can't beat the price!

This is a great bargain on vitamins and minerals. The plus is that they are vegan and it is a six-month supply and they are made in the USA.

My nails aren't as brittle, I have more energy, I feel more awake, it doesn't upset my stomach, they're pretty big so if you have trouble swallowing pills this might not be for you. It's a great supply so I don't have to worry about running out every month. It doesn't have a bad aftertaste to it. Again, they are big pills. To me, it's worth it. I stopped taking them for a month and really felt a difference to see how much they were helping me. I'm leaving four stars only because I know a lot of people have trouble swallowing large pills, even though I don't.

I never took vitamins for 9 years but decided I may as well, so now I take one every other day more or less. Definitely don't chew it, and has the right type of iron and a good collection of all essential vitamins and minerals for vegans.

As a vegan, it’s been hard to find the perfect vitamin that provides nutrients not otherwise provided in a vegan diet. I’ve tried many things, and this is the first one to bring my B12 and iron levels up to par without causing any weird side effects. I also love it because I take one pill as opposed to needing three to meet the daily value. I will definitely be buying this again once I run out.

Ya hace tiempo que las uso y la verdad me van muy bien. Aunque poniendo un pero, de cara al invierno, me gustaría que tuvieran un poco más de vitamina C, pero se soluciona fácilmente.

Arrived quickly and so far so good. I ordered it in replacement of Veg 1 B12 and other vitamins from the Vegan Society as they are out of stock. The Vegan Vitality multivitamins are a bit more expensive, but they have a much greater variety of vitamins and minerals, even iron in it. Too early to tell if my body is transformed in any way, as I just started this month, but easy to swallow although bigger than Veg1.
