Q: What's the measurement of the space on the right hand side above the cabinet to the bottom of the top shelf? H x W x D, please.

18 inches. Very spacious. I love it. During the summer, I wheel it outside for entertaining. The removable tray allows for serving and picking up of glasses.

Q: Can this be assembled without the stemware holder racks? I want to use it as a coffee station. Could I put cup hooks under there instead?

No! Stemware holder can not be removed.

Q: could you leave the doors off?

Yes, if you decided to leave the bottom open, you could leave the doors off and save yourself a few steps and a little bit of time with assembly.

Q: Shipping is listed at 1-3 months, does this ship from china? or does it ship sooner within the united states?

I don't remember a long shipping time. It was 1-2 weeks tops..
