Good.
I use to work, it's very good, only the noise reduction that sometimes doesn't work properly creating a background noise. Often I have to put it off the automatic noise cancelation.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRODUCT.
, it was wonderful the item was able to ship to Mexico (Toluca) and arrive directly to our hangar. Our G200 pilot loved this headset.

Clamping force
There is still enough clamping force apply to your ears to make them uncomfortable after several hours of wearing, but at least it doesn't cause you headaches within hours as some other products do. Hope after a few times eearing it will loosen a bit. Good noise cutting and volume level. Good for protecting hearing.

Major Major Disappointment
I used a Telex 850 for years on several different airliners. I probably wore it for 4000+ hours of actual flight time. It was never the most quiet or most rugged or best any anything - but it was always better than the 750 that most airlines keep in the flight deck, it packed neatly into my flight bag, and it never needed batteries. When I moved to the Airbus, I decided to get a dedicated XLR headset and went with the newest offering from Telex. It’s about the same level of comfort, although the little head pads are awful. It’s better without them. The ear cups don’t swivel, so with the included case it takes of a TON of room in my flight bag - at least twice as much as the 850 did in its case. The microphone is really, really, REALLY sensitive to placement. It’s got to be right in front of your mouth and oriented exactly correctly or it doesn’t pick up much sound. Even when the mic is perfectly placed, it still provides virtually no side tone, so even on a fairly quiet flight deck you can’t hear yourself talking. After several months and several hundred hours of flight time, I just can’t talk myself into using this thing any longer and I’m planning on replacing it with a David Clark Pro-X2 or a Bose A20. It’s too late to return it, so I’ll probably throw it up for sale on the bulletin board in our crew room.
