I have mild to moderate anxiety panic attacks and get over stimulated very easily, especially in overly crowded places. So I take these on all of my travels. I take it before I get on the airplane, shopping at the mall, driving and if I am attending any event that will have massive crowds. I rather take these than the one the doctors prescribed me which are very strong it make me feel groggy and sleepy. And the Next day I feel like medicine hangover. I don’t have any side effects from taking these pills and it’s natural which is a plus. It has a chalky taste to it but dissolves nicely on your tongue or under the tongue. It takes about 15-20mins take effect. I try to take it on an empty stomach that way it will get into system faster but life happens you got to eat, so I’ll take one or two tablets with or without food. I feel calm and at ease. It feels like the knots has been loosened and I am not wound up tight anymore. Everything feels relaxed and release. No tension but a sense of quiet in my mind and body. It really worked for me. Take it as needed. It is not a cure for anxiety but a aid that can help to calm things down to get though a stressful and anxiety panic attack situation. If you are experiencing major full blown anxiety and panic attacks frequently definitely go speak with a doctor . A Great product , I highly recommend and I am a repeat customer.

These are a great alternative to medication. They take the edge off without making you feel drowsy! I was taking buspar and I had to stop bc the release would effect me differently day to day. Sometimes I was super drowsy and sometimes I didn’t feel a thing. So I stopped taking those but there are times I just need to relax especially for meetings or some other stress inducing situation and this literally works like a charm. I will be repurchasing. I may even do a tiktok on this.

What a great item to buy if you are suffering from panic attacks! I have tried everything in this planet to treat this condition and the only thing in the beginning that was helping me was the breathing exercises to slow down my ❤️ and my breathing.but after trying this product, 😮 I have been able to breathe normally and is helping me keeping the pressure of my chest! God is good and so is this product, God bless this company boiron!. This is not a cure for this condition but it surely will give you time to see a doctor! I also suffer from depression so this condition makes alot worse! Calming effect that's exactly what this product does!.

I like this brand, but this tablet is not too effective for me.

Literally the best. I usually take at night after a stressful day &/or when I feel like I want a good nights rest & by that just a normal sleep not a deep deep sleep. I love that these don’t make you feel groggy or sluggish the next day, I literally feel normal the day after. Texture wise, they dissolve fast & not gritty like a flinstone & taste is barely noticeable. I love this brand! They’re reputable with kids items, glad to know also with adult.

I like this product is natural, and decently priced. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I suffered mild nausea and my already dysregulated nervous system rejected this product, so that my heart raced severely and I trembled. But that's just me. It may be a fine product for others. It's all subjective. But also do your research; most of the natural ingredients (flowers, mostly) which comprise this product, are quite toxic. Of course, the manufacturers run them through a process to remove the toxic aspects, but there is a reason the label tells you not to use this for more than two weeks. A dangerous buildup may occur.

This product seems to have a calming effect on our Autistic daughter when she is anxious and/or 'sundowning'. It is easy to administer (I dissolve in water), with no adverse side effects,so I am impressed with it so far.

purchased it for my husband to help him to deal with stress at work, he said it was helpfull. Gona buy it again, this time for my mom.
