Works great!
Used & recommended by my hair stylist- loved the way it made my hair look & feel when she used it so decided to buy a bottle. Pricy but A little goes a long way so it will last awhile. Make my hair soft, shiny & smooth without weighing it down too much.

Not all Moroccan argan oil is made equal
My wife bought an expensive bottle of Moroccan argan oil a long time ago that I tried once. It made my hair super smooth and soft without any greasiness. Since then, I have tried a couple different Argan oils. I purchased a cheap bottle of Argan oil from Trader Joe's once. "How much difference in quality can there be", I thought? It turns out quite a lot. It hydrated my hair somewhat, but it was a far cry from the super smooth, luxurious feel I got from my wife's expensive bottle. I ordered this Moroccan Argan Oil in the hopes that the more expensive price point would mean that it would be more like my first experience with argan oil. This is definitely an improvement over the cheap bottle from Trader Joe's. But it's not quite as good as the really expensive one my wife bought either. It's somewhere between the two, trending closer to the really nice one.

Too many silicones, too little oil
So, to start off, the good parts: It works very well and definitely smooths down my hair. It makes my dry ends look moisturized and prevents tangles. I do like the way it feels. Now the negatives...Unfortunately, the cons definitely outweigh the pros on this one. The reason it feels nice is because it's full of silicones. I don't plan to continue using it on my hair, because once you use silicones more than a few times, it builds up in your hair and is very unhealthy for your strands. While they do protect your hair from humidity and make styling easier, they also cover your hair in endocrine disruptors and usually contain silicones that are toxic to reproductive health. Additionally, they're not great for the environment. My major issue is with this oil being marketed and sold as "pure" Argan oil. Take a look at the ingredient list - pure Argan oil is just that: pure. It will contain ONE ingredient. In addition to the Argan oil (which isn't even the first ingredient - meaning, it doesn't even have a higher concentration than the silicones), it also contains flaxseed oil. Again, not bad for your hair, but this is being marketed as PURE Argan oil.I currently use locally bought, actual pure Argan oil on my hair, and it DOES work wonders. This, on the other hand, will do nothing for my long-term hair health. It may make it feel smooth and silky while I'm using the oil, but it will do nothing to hydrate my hair long-term and will actually damage it more in the long run.My hair health is important to me, and I refuse to compromise on including silicones, sulfates, parabens, or anything else that will negatively impact my long-term hair health and growth. Oils like this are a short term fix for a long term problem. If you're looking to protect and truly moisturize your hair, I cannot recommend this oil.

Great for extensions BUT NOT just argan oil
Couple pros and cons here… I want to start off with that. This oil is really great for my extensions, it has done an amazing job at smoothing out some of the frizzies that are known with hair extensions. Most hair extensions are treated with silicone based products (which is what gives them their silky smooth texture right away). The problem that I have with this product is that the first three ingredients are silicon-based, and it is not just “pure Argan oil” as advertised, there is flaxseed oil in this as well.
