Are these eyedrops cruelty free?

YOu will need to speak to alaway about that. I do know, they burn when they go in. And then, I don't itch all day.

Other single use drops have a way of replacing the cap on the vial after use to keep from contamination. These don't. Do you just throw the vial out?

I use all the drops in the vial and throw out the empty vial.

Can Alway eyedrops be used after cararact surgery?

Although your question is a year old, maybe my reply will help others. Been 3 months since my surgery & pollen counts in my area are crazy high and my eyes are killing me. Knew that I couldn’t just pick up some Visine, so I asked my ophthalmologist for something. He recommended these. Can’t review on how well they work as I’ll get them tomorrow. I’ll update then. What I have learned when it comes to OTC drops is preservative-free is the way to go.
