I saw an answer written from the company. They said that it was free of all bad stuff including these you listed.

Are the handles skinny? My baby has really small hands

I gave it as a gift. The blue and yellow circles are thicker than the red and orange figure 8. It looked like it would be for any baby.

Is this light enough for a 10 weeks old to hold? My baby doesn't have a very firm grip on rattles yet.

Très contente de cette petite balle, recommandée par mon kiné pour ma fille qui manquait de tonus. Elle est tres légère, un peu flexible, pas de danger de se faire mal avec, et les trous facilitent bien pour l'attraper.
