Single-Side Tread Socks-Blue-XX-Large (Adult Sizes: 11-13)

These are a little thin, and not likely to stand up to many vigorous washes. They do have an adequate grip on the floor, because the treads are full. They are useful as fall-prevention help. They help my mother, and they give her more confidence, which is very important. She needs assistance, and if she will walk with confidence, she stands better and it is less strain on me. So, I am glad to have them, since we needed them. Are they perfect? No, the socks seem a little thin. But, they are usable enough to be of good help.

I bought these for my husband because other store socks he can't wear. I heard from my sister n law to look on Amazon for socks like these, & they will help him.. The socks are doing fantastic!!! These socks do what they promise; they provide positive traction on otherwise slippery floors. While the XXLarge size sounds like it would fit only the biggest feet, they are actually bit tight on my men's size 10 foot. To their credit, though, I have put them through two wash cycles so far and they have not deteriorated. My only complaint is that they do not come up high enough above the ankle and tend to slip or roll down the leg. However, at this price they are worth the money.

Ordered 6 pairs for my special needs son to wear at his dorm. These are great for summer since they aren't real heavy. The tread is thick and will stand up to numerous washings. Pleased with my purchase. The size is generous even though they look small. They stretch - my son wears a 10 shoe and I ordered an XXlarge.

I bought these socks for my husband who was in the hospital and in rehab. I thought that they were low socks - like the ones that you receive when in a hospital - but they came up too high. My husband did not like the fact that they came up so high and said that they were too thick.

I reordered this product 4 times trying to get the same product delivered as what came the 1st time I ordered them. I finally gave up. The 1st pair I ordered were fantastic! I ordered them to make sure they were what we wanted when they came in. They were- grips on 1 side and extra large and wide. Just perfect! I ordered again, increasing my order quantity. The 1st time them came in with double sided grips..hate those, so back they went. The company replaced them...came wrong again, again double sided grips, these went back, the company replaced them AGAIN. This time, they came in with grips on 1 side, but they were gray and extremely too small. I gave up. Would love to have more of the same type they sent the 1st time, but won't order from them again. I gave them too many chances to get this right. IF you actually get the blue socks with the grips on 1 side and the size is as asvertised, they are great.

The order I received is GRAY not blue. I like the GRAY better than the blue. Socks seem small for the size ordered. I would have exchanged them but not worth the time and energy.

Overall, they do what they're supposed to do- keep the feet warm and provide tread. I selected a larger than needed size because the elastic at the ankle is too tight in the X large size. The negative is that the tread part moves and is not always in the right place.
