Great nutrition product. Been taking for years and feeling great.

You will read the reviews and see the main complaint is horse pills. I’ve been taking Blubonnet calcium citrate magnesium D3 for 5 years now consistently and I will never switch. I have tried other forms and this brand works in both aiding in sleep, as well as digestion. Yes, the pills are big. If swallowing is an issue for you, don’t buy. But if you can get over the size of the pill I can guarantee you results. It helps calm me right before bed, aids in helping me stay asleep and regulates my bowl movements. It’s very gentle on the stomach with using calcium citrate, it won’t bother your stomach lining like other supplements. I would recommend to take it with food. Something as light as a slice of bread or taken with milk will suffice. I’m a huge fan of this product.

Llevo una semana tomando estas pastillas de magnesio 2 en la mañana y 1 en la noche y realmente siento que mi estrés está desapareciendo siento que son buenas, pero tengo una preocupación. Las pastillas son muy grandes y debo trillarlas hasta hacerlas polvo para poder tragarlas, pero al trillarlas sale como un papel de la pastilla es normal o cómo es el procesamiento de este medicamento alguien sabe ?

It has helped my vitamin D levels so much, I no longer need to take prescription medication. My stress levels are down and I function better.

I really like the product; it helps with my sleep and my muscle soreness, but four large pills is a bit much. I don't have issues taking the pills most of the time because their design is smooth and slender, so they slide down easily, but they are very large, and sometimes it's more than my system wants to handle. I take them at night right before I go to bed and I have noticed on days when I opt not to take them because of their size that I have a harder time waking up and I'm sorer.

I have been taking these as directed for at least a couple years now and have had my blood levels tested twice within that time. The first time I was tested, I had low normal vitamin D. I was recently tested again and have below normal vitamin D. Calcium and magnesium levels were good on both occasions. I am just one person, so this may not be the case for everyone, but given that low vitamin D can cause muscle aches and I am someone with chronic pain, it's important for me to be able to rely on a supplement (especially with the long winters where I live).
