First time trying a MAHI sauce and I must say it certainly delivers! It packs a nice combination between spice and flavour. Definitely will be buying again and further exploring other MAHI sauces.

MAHI Carolina Reaper & Pineapple Hot Pepper Sauce. Very nice hot sauce, definitely hot and spicy. Too much and its the hiccups, just need the right amount. Compared to Encona Carolina, this is way spicier. And I don't need to consume quarter of the bottle. (Don't judge me!) Definitely recommended for people who like their hot sauce.

Change of recipe - more like sweet chilli sauce
Must have changed the recipe. Have had this several times before and was always amazing. Now just really sweet and not hot at all. Like a sweet chilli sauce. Gutted

Believe the heat rating. Very tasty too.
Now, I likes a spicy foodies. And, bored of the usual poor supermarket selection, got this based on an assumption that as it had pineapple in it, it would maybe take the edge off the reaper pepper. Put a teaspoon on the plate when it arrived just before Sunday lunch. Because why not. I can report that: One of the kittens sniffed the bottle and audibly hissed at it. It was sufficiently spicy that part way through my tasty and now spiced salmon, I went momentarily out of body for a chat with Jim Morrison's spirit, returning to this astral realm with a full15 minute Ready-Brek abdominal glow. In conclusion: Not bad.

"WAS" Out of this world
Edit: This WAS by far the best chilli sauce I'd had and I used to have it pretty much everyday but sadly, I don't look forward to it anymore. The last 2 times I ordered it, it's not been the same. It's been watered down significantly. You now have to use so much more to get the flavour, nevermind the kick. Companies eventually compromise on quality for profit, which is sad really. Time to move on and find an alternative.
