Its not the best kit that I have ever used.
The body of the plane is to difficult to assemble.

Nice Design
Some of the balsa stringers were so soft and flimsy that i had to use substitutes. The balsa selection could have been better. I liked that the wing had 4 spars instead of the usual 3. The laser cut parts (ribs, etc) were a bonus, making for a pleasant building experience.

piper cub, rubber powered
Fun little plane to put together...easy and simple adjustments to correct flight characteristics. might have to add a little more nose weight to achieve level flight

Disappointed
Purchased for a 6 year old boy who loves planes. The photo makes it seem sturdy. It comes in a million little pieces that a six year old could put together if he or she did not lose the pieces first. Will not purchase another model.

So, so
This was what I wanted, so probably my fault, but I didn't think the pieces would be so small and delicate. My husband is having a hard time dealing the small pieces.

good kit
Good kit with excellent plans for its construction. Might be a little hard for a beginner but for the price it is an inexpensive way to learn construction methods.
