I’ve always bought the more expensive & well known brand from Amazon, but thought I’d save some money and try these. Didn’t hold out much hope. Although they are slightly smaller than the more expensive brand, as you can see by my picture, they still cover a large area of the neck. They are also just as sticky as the more exp brand and do exactly the same job too. No difference at all really apart from length

Good adhesive fits neck length well

These pads have a good, sturdy adhesive on them and don't fall off in the night. Amazingly, when they go on, the veins in my ancient neck are very prominent; after a night of wearing these pads, my neck looks many years younger. Really enhances appearance. Better price than some others as well.

I have only used the silicone neck pad for 3 nights but it seems to have improved the skin texture already and I will keep using.

I don't expect any brand neck pads to stay on without and strap and they can work miracles if you do that. These don't come with a strap (I have an old one), but more importantly they are child size and I have a pretty petite / narrow neck.
