The "name brand" equivalent is more expensive, so I was looking for an alternative. This fit the bill. It comes with a pump, the ball and an adjustable strap.The strap does not stay put. It's constantly sliding to different lengths. I ended up setting the length and then taping the adjustments spots to keep in fixed. It works fine, but it does make it a tad ugly.The pump is worthless. They should get rid of that and make the product cheaper still. Just blow it up the traditional way, it doesn't take long or a lot of effort.The ball itself works as it should. It easily inflates and deflates for storage and use.At the end it is working for what it's purpose is, but understand you're getting a very generic version, so keep expectations low.

Looked to grab a few of these for my training center since they were of decent price. Shipping was fast as always. A little disappointed with the lanyard. Extremely long and slick. When you adjust the lanyard to shorten it, within a few swings, it already stretched itself back out to it's normal length. Very challenging for my students to use the aid with ease.

And I found many of the previous reviewers were correct about that, but after using it a few times I found that it really isn't important. If you do the drills correctly the strap should not come into play. You hold the ball with your arms, not the strap. It does help your swing and helps you to learn to stay connected.

Great training aid and as you can see I need some work. Can't go wrong for the price and the only knock is the band sometimes comes loose so i just taped the plastic clip to keep it in place.

The product works just fine. However, the air pump didn't work out if the package and the lanyard continually moves.But it is working, I can see the benefit of using this as part of my practice routine.
