Sturdy and works just as you'd expect...
I wanted to build a rig which needed a slight offset for some parts and this was the lowest cost version of this type of extension bar/cold shoe mount I could find. There's not a lot to say about it.Made of metal, comes with the mounting screws, the mount points have a nice rubber padding on them.

If you dont have this yet, you will. Just buy it.
Very solid and well made. Options with this are nearly unlimited. I mainly use it for a wireless mic mount and light. But as the bottom also has holes I can mount it on a tripod, take apart and just use the shoe too. I'm using this for a DSLR, GoPro, cell phone and a DJI Osmo pocket. It's really made things much better. And with the osmo mount attached to this, it all acts like a stabilizer as well!
