The large is a 7" blade, then 5.5", 4.75" and 4"

DO they have sheaves?

No they do not have sheaves unfortunately, but the box they come in has padding, and it is a great box to store them in after you use them.

Do you sell a sharpener for this knife set if not which one do you recommend

Just got my set, so not sure why your question was forwarded to me. However, I can say that, after asking people and looking it up, I've learned that ceramic is so strong, it's unlikely such knives will need to be sharpened, esp if we use bamboo/wood carving boards and don't feel we have to push too hard. But again, they're new to the general market and I haven't had mine long enough to speak from experience.

Eventually, the blade will get dull. How do you sharpen the blade?

Supposedly the blade does not get dull. But if it does I really don't know how it can be sharpened as it's ceramic.
