Great value for the bucks
This phone is the ultimate phone all around i believe, i have been using it for 2 weeks now, and its just fantastic. build quality is awesome, size wise for my particular hand is perfect, a little perks which was a surprise for me was that it came with a very high quality slim and snug cover, also the screen had a protection film on it, and for the record this screen film is glossy (I prefer Matt) but its not finger sticky, i don't know what material is it made of, but its just so smooth that the slightest swipe will clear any stain on the screen.

Fast and smooth.
Amazing phone. Very fast and smooth. No issues at all. Comes with screen protector pre-installed and also a free slim case in the box.Coming from a Google pixel 2xl, it's not as smooth as that but still very close.

so amazing phone
so amazing phon, am using it since two month ago, the battery looks cool, with average usage it keeps about a day. user friendly, fast enough, and had a cover inside it. very amazing camera. the best point is that it is small

Not GCC / UAE specification
Phone was great but not GCC specs but instead was probably European. Had 2 pin charger & some pre installed O2 apps which seemed like it belonged to a network provider. Hence the phone is probably unlocked from the network provider.Worst downside was that it did not support Samsung Pay.Apart from the above the phone was genuine & functioned perfectly

Simply flawless and perfectly sized. Being a fan of the classic size that was one of the very few flagships to choose from. Its size is similar to the iPhone 11 Pro.Plus:- Bright screen- Low light camera- Zero lag- PERFECT fingerprint sensor location. Wonder why nobody thought of that before.Minus:None foundI would buy it again without hesitation. Too bad the new S20 lineup doesn't have such a small sized model.

Unable to claim Warranty through samsung, not new product as per samsung.
The phone has crashed 2 times already.I have taken it to samsung warranty and they said this product isnt new and was purchased in april.They need a purchase reciept to validate the warranty.Iv been purchasing lots of Amazon, when I buy sumthing that says new I dont expect such hastles.I would need a purchase reciept please.
