This helped so much to keep track of my parents appointments, symptoms, and medications. Helps when talking to their Doctor. This also helped me keep track of how often I get migraines. If you're a caretaker or have some medical problems that are persistent then I say you should buy this. I thought about whether I needed this for a year before buying it. So happy I did.

Liked it but I didn't need to have one this comprehensive.

It's a beautiful book, and would work well for some, but I found I didn't have room to list all my medications or procedures, and found I had to use something different. If you have multiple conditions, take a lot of medications, have a complex medical/family history, there isn't going to be space to record that here.

This is a well thought out medical journal.For a company to come up with something so comprehensive is impressive. And frankly saves me a lot of time.You have plenty of room up front for your specific medical data, there are also pages for blood pressure, contacts, insurance contacts/ info.Each month has 4 pages of medication/ supplements tracking, 4 pages of symptoms tracking. 1 habit tracking page and a monthly review page.It has 10 blank pages in the back. The pages are not thin, but will bleed with some gel pens. Pilot G2 .07 are just fine but I have a thicker gel pen that ghosts. Sharpie is a no. Not deal breakers but just FYI.Adjustments:I would love 2-3 blank pages per month.This book is already a large size and weights about 2 lbs but I think it would be a valuable space for notes, dr visits, observations. next step actions etc.All in all I am pleased with it.

So I love the set up of this but some areas could be improved beautiful beautiful quality makes you feel good holding the book. I would love to see maybe a yearly tracker like for people who have chronic conditions or move around a lot it would be beneficial to track all their diagnosis is their lab works and their x-rays and imaging and their specialist at least in a yearly format that would be really awesome so they could have the book a present and past that way they could advocate for their health this is why I bought the book to advocate for my own health! Would definitely definitely buy consistent paper to track and secondary binders if it was a looseleaf binder type. But to get me started on what I plan on doing this is the perfect thing at the moment. The box it comes in as fancy when you touch it when you feel it you feel fancy and I really really love the rose gold beautiful color. I have two more journals arriving I can’t wait to see them all together and look at them. The fact that the password book matched my medical book perfectly which I’m using it for medical passwords perfect the extra stickers to document some things along the way phenomenal. Thank you clever fox I would love to see more products like this. Maybe matching pens an pencils 😉 for those of of with the need to have it match 🥰

As someone with lifelong chronic illness this is the ultimate medical Bible. From childhood to now everything you need is in here. No more trying to remember surgeries, dates, doses, symptoms, etc. I’m addicted to clever fox, but this is GOLD!!! So excited for this.

Very detailed and made pretty durable. Keeping up with everything from doc appointments to medications and medical readings is a sintch. I just was the pages were ordered a little definitely.
