What is the difference in softness between the tempurapedic medium and the medium-cooling?

It just a piece of foam and really not medium firm as described felt very soft. My spine and hips stuck with it, difficult to change positions. I had to begin to find alternative arrangements until I bought newentor. it gives me proper softness and support. My back never hurt again.

I got the soft cooling topper. It smells intensely. Will it ever go away?

Beware. The smell can last a very long time, gets into your home, and if you smell it you may develop health issues. Irritation of airways and eyes, sudden awareness and heart rate changes (racing). Because of these products I cannot be around anything polyurethane now. Your face is on this ⅓ of your life. Listen to what your body is telling you. I know others who have had same experience. Get latex foam. No harmful chemicals.

What’s the return policy if I don’t like it?

I believe you have 30 days to return it. Warning though: Amazon gave me a store credit gift card instead of crediting my store credit card!

I absolutely hate how slippery it is. It is like a satin ferl and makss my shhets not fit properly. Anyone know how to rectify this?

They recommend not adding a mattress pad. Which is it?
