Double-sided tape = Double frustration
I would have loved to give this 5 stars but the frustration with the instructions about the double sided tape just wouldn't let me do it. First, the good news. Love the product. It is not overly bulky like some of the competitors and it blends nicely with the dark furniture. I know bumped heads will no longer result in a bump. BUT - They have to do something to figure out how to make the tape more user friendly. I can't even imagine someone with larger hands or no nails not giving up. First, there are 4 pieces on a the paper backing and you have to then pull the tape backings to apply. The instructions tell you to stick them right from the paper backing onto the surface of the cushion and then peel off the paper backing to reveal the other side of the tape. Ha, good luck with that. If you stick it on there, you will never get the other piece off. And if you are lucky enough do it, by the time you get to multiple applications (cause mine only came with short tape - see below) your fingers will be sticking to the ones you already put on there. . I had to remove it from the base (to uncover one sticky side...that part is easy); then, try to peel the backing off the other side...not an easy feat. I tried it both ways - removing the backing from one side before removing it from the base....and....removing it from the base and then removing the other sticky side. Trust me, it doesn't matter...your blood pressure will rise either way. And then you have to get the sticky thing onto the cushion, another opportunity for it to bend, fold, crease, double up.... The directions state that you can use either a long or short piece of the double-backed tape. All mine were the same small size which required me to put a total of 8 pieces on each cushion to insure all sides were stuck. Now that it's done, I'm content that this will offer a lot of protection. I just wish it had been easier to work with the tape and that the directions were a little bit more helpful (and if I was missing the long pieces, I sure wish I had them!)

The best corner protectors I've tried
I've tried a bunch of types of corner protectors for furniture, etc., and these seem to work the best. They adhere to certain surfaces better than others; I've noticed they stay stuck to Ikea-type furniture (composite material, particleboard) better than on real wood. Surprisingly, they also work well on brick - we put some on the corners of our hearth, which has saved us at least a few trips to urgent care with 2 active toddlers tripping and bonking their heads. The one other slight downside is that when/if you remove them, you might have to scrub a bit to get the adhesive off, but that's NBD - it comes off easily with a sponge. Definitely recommend parents of babies and toddlers purchase these for peace of mind.

Must have for kids
These are very easy to install - just peel and stick to any table corner. I purchased brown to attach to the four corners of our coffee table, since my toddler is very hyperactive. There's been many times his head came close to hitting the corner of the table, so the foam guard is a huge life saver! Worth every penny. I use it on other countertop corners as well. The protective foam is much thicker than some other brands you might find on Amazon, so I will be repurchasing more when I run out!

Excellent Value!!!
I was looking to put some corner protectors on my furniture because my niece and nephew were coming to visit in a few days. I was looking for something inexpensive and easy to remove, since the protectors were not going to be permanent. Almost all of the other brands I looked at only sold 4 packs so I'd have to buy several packs to cover my kitchen table, two coffee tables and a few sharp corners on my counters. Roving Cove was the only one I saw in a 16 pack. I would have had to spend $5 more with Prince Lionheart for the same amount of cushions buying 4 of the 4 packs. The package came just in time for the kids. The cushions were very easy to install, there are detailed directions. You wouldn't think you'd need directions for sticking on cushions but when you're working with double sided tape you don't want make a mistake. The cushions fit snugly and we were accident free all weekend. Well except for the leaky diaper. The cushions and tape were easy to remove. The directions say its better to use only once, but these are still in good condition so I'll keep them and use them again when the kids come back. I'll have to buy more tape though.
