Does it work for foam dolls?

Probably. It works with many types of foam, but I have no idea what type of foam a foam doll is.

Will this work with a EDF

If the EDF is made of any kind of foam, this glue will work very well yes. Often the directions that come with the model specify which adhesive will work best for different parts of the airplane. Following those recommendations is often the best bet to complete the model.

Foam Tac's website says it dries in 15-20 minutes and full cure 2-14 hours. Depends on how critical the repair is.
