The answer to my (bad) dreams.
I am a heavy user, with a Bi-PAP set at 24/20. I also use oxygen. Unfortunately my Phillips machine does not allow for O2 bleed-in anywhere near the machine--only with a plastic connector at the end of the heated hose. That means I have a thin O2 tube about 18" from my neck. That resulted in frequently pulling off the oxygen tube during the night whenever I turned or flung my arms around (another story. . . ) This resulted in less pressure as there was suddenly an unexpected relief valve into the room. It also meant that each time my bedsheets were changed, the hose or tubing would inevitably get caught on the bed or under the mattress. So this has truly impressed me. It clamps on my bedside table and holds the hose and the tubing safely suspended in the air. No more disconnects during my sleep. It was amazingly easy to use, is amazingly flexible, stays amazingly out of the way, and has generally solved this collection of issues in an amazingly efficient manner! I believe one of these ought to be included with every CPAP/APAP/Bi-PAP machine--it is that good. I looked at the kind that attaches to the wall and saw a host of potential issues. This holds everything above my head and allows me to (carefully) swivel it out of the way when not in use. The one improvement I would make is to make the swivel work more smoothly without risk of twisting the clamp sideways off of the tabletop. But that, friends, is amazingly minor. So my verdict is. . . amazing product. Buy this--less money than the little over-priced plastic things you have to regularly change in your machines!

Good
Took me a second to figure out the clamp situation, since it's not a normal one. More of a "screw on/off" situation, which really is more durable and secure anyway. Works great for the hose.

Effective CPAP Hose Organizer
The Vive CPAP Hose Holder is a useful accessory for managing my tubing and keeping it tangle-free. Pros: • Prevents tangles and leaks: The adjustable height and clamp work well to keep the hose in place. • Durable and flexible: The holder feels sturdy and is easy to adjust for different setups. • Saves space: Keeps the hose organized and out of the way, reducing clutter. Cons: • Setup can be tricky: Positioning it securely took some trial and error. • Clamp strength: While functional, the clamp could be stronger to ensure maximum stability. Feedback: Overall, the hose holder does its job, but clearer instructions or improvements to the clamp’s grip would make it even better. It’s a great tool for CPAP/BiPAP users who want to avoid tubing issues. Highly recommend for keeping your sleep setup neat and functional!

Questionable stability
Works, but was hard to find a good spot to place it and wiggles a lot in comparison to my last metal one

Needs strength 😔
Setup required more strength than I had. Unrolling the bar was difficult, especially for people with weak upper extremities. Putting the clip on was another issue that didn't work out so well as it came off after 2 weeks. Not really worth the hassle. I got a gamer headset stand and put that on my nightstand instead. Works pretty well.

Excellent for home use
I was wondering how I could make something like this when lo and behold, Amazon already had in stock. To respond to a couple of complaints I read: 1) yes, the flexible section is very stiff - however it's nowhere near impossible to bend, and when you do get in position it stays exactly where you put it, night after night. 2) true, the plastic clamp could break if overtightened, but if you tighten to a reasonable level it does not move, and shows no sign of failure on my unit. 3) the clamp perfectly holds my Resmed tube, and does not slip. Due to point one, I have found this unit is not suitable for travel. It is too difficult to wind into a small coil once positioned, and requires some time to set up properly

Spend the extra 10 dollars to get a better one
The good: I am getting my hose tangled in my pillows less than I did before. The bad:It is SO bendable. If you knock it in your sleep it ends up sideways and you have to get up and fix it. You also can't bend it to be aesthetically pleasing. It has weird waves that I just can't get smooth. The clip is so weak that the hose often comes all the way out. The base by the clamp is the only thing on this that is straight, which means that you can't attach it to the side of the bed. I had to attach it to the slats, which has made making the bed super fun.
