I do not use it every night but I felt it give my hair body I believe if you use it religiously it has results

It didn't work for me. It broke my hair. That's not to say it won't work for you. Every one's hair is different and it also depends on the level of stress in your life.

Q: Can I use this on my 12 year old daughters hair?

Before you do I would recommend talking to your hair care professional. After a thorough wash the burn that this causes, while short lived, can be quite intense. It then transmissions into a cooling sensation but that initial burn can be intense. It definitely works but you should consult a professional.
