Does this work for big guys

Whatever shirt you wear order a size up. It will work for bigger guys though.

Does this help flatten the chest?

It does flatten the chest but not as much as it flattens the mid section

How tight the is chest compression on this shirt? Other shirts have let me down in the chest area as well as the stomach. And how do you put this on?

This is a good shirt. Tight on the stomach and chest. Its also longer than other shirt ive tried so it doesn't rise up over the stomach.
