MyID Medical ID Wallet Card, ICE Contact Card, Store All of Your Medical Information for Emergencies

This product is amazing. Medical alert, very simple to set up and all the first responder have to do or anyone for that matter is scan the QR code.

Very thorough medical id and I like that there are paid extra add ons if you're interested. Everyone should keep one in their wallet.

SO FAR I'M NOT HAVING ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE CARD. IT HOLDSALL MY INFORMATION, AND I HAVE ALOT OF MEDICAL INFORMATION. I'M VERY IMPRESSED BY THE WAY THAT THE CARD WORKS. WEATHER YOU HAVE ALOT OF MEDICAL ILLNESSES, MEDICATION, OR ALLERGIES TO JUST A PROBLEM OR TWO. THERE IS A SLOT THAT COVERS EVERY THING THAT YOU CAN THINK OF THAT IS MEDICAL. SO WORTH THE PRICE!! PLEASE TRY THE CARD!! I SHOWED MY CARD TO MY M.D. AND HE WAS VERY IMPRESSED. HE SAID "EVERYONE IN MY PRACTICE SHOULD HAVE THIS CARD". SO PLEASE GET THIS CARD AND FILL IT OUT ONLINE AND NEVER WORRY ABOUT HAVING TO GIVE MEDICAL INFORMATION AGAIN IN AN EMERGENCY OR IF YOU CAN'T SPEAK FOR YOURSELF THIS CARD CAN TALK FOR YOU!!! I've always kept a computer printed slip of paper in my wallet that sticks out just enough to display the words "Emergency Info" from the credit card slot of my wallet. I'd laminate it to last. I got to a point where I wanted something nicer that wasn't getting beat up every time I opened and closed my wallet.I tried a couple products similar to this but settled with this product. I like that it fits in a credit card slot, shows that line that sticks out so people know to check there (and can even display a QR code on your phone's lock screen at all times).I went with the free route with the app. I found there are fields that can be used online to contain more critical information instead of having to pay for access to another tab or whatever to enter this information. You'll figure it out too if you buy this. Over all I'm very satisfied with this product. The card should last forever (hopefully the company does too). I'm always a little leery of anything requiring a website to function in case the company should ever disappear.

The free service only includes your personal profile, emergency contact and health issues. It used to include medications and allergy information categories. If the 3 categories are sufficient for your use then MyID devices may be right for you. Otherwise it will cost you $30 a year for the additional "Plus" categories.Be sure to check out what services are provided with the regular and Plus services before you pluck down your hard earned cash for MyID devices.

With my medical problem, emergency crew and officers have a problem looking in billfolds for information. So this card is handy to put all my medical information in it so all I have to do when I buy other stuff from this RxID, I can transfer straight from the card. Just that it seems to take forever to put everything in.

At my age, I need a little more sense of security with my health and should an emergency arise. MyID provides a little relief in the right direction. For the value and what it can provide it does give me a little relief knowing that my health records are available to any emergency response team at any given time. I would definitely recommend it.
