These menthol crystals are excellent! I bought them to make alcoholado, and everyone at work who uses it loves it. When you're feeling sick, applying some of the mixture to your chest, back, and joints can be very soothing. It also helps with sinus congestion and breathing discomfort. I like putting some on a small towel and inhaling the scent before bed. It has become a staple in our homes. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
