Absolutely stunning
Picked this up during a black Friday deal and decided to spend a little extra to get the nicer edition. I don't get to play it enough to make use of the expansions provided and instead stick to the base Gane only, but the larger map and beautifully designed game pieces are worth the extra price. Absolutely fell in love with the tins and train pieces, although be warned that the game board is absolutely enormous and requires a large space to play. The large board is something that always forget about until we decide to play.

Great game
Ticket to Ride Europe is in my top 5 games as the rules are very simple to understand and all the family enjoy playing it. I already own a copy of the original Ticket to Ride Europe but had to buy this 15th anniversary edition after seeing an advert for it. The game board is a lot bigger with much better artwork than the original. The 5 sets of coloured train carriages have been replaced by 5 different goods trailers and they look great and also come stored in their own logo tin box, and the stations have also been updated. This set also comes with the 4 expansion variants, which were previously available to buy separately. All the cards have also had artwork updates. If you already own a copy of the original, then paying a further £75 for this might not be worth it unless, like me, you are a very big fan of this game. If you have never owned Ticket to Ride Europe, then buying this anniversary edition is well worth it.

Love it!!
A big fan of ticket to ride anyway, I love the anniversary edition with the different style trains. The route cards come with some of the expansion packs which is great. One thing to consider is that the individual trains themselves are slightly bigger than the standard version, which means if you use the trains for other expansions such as United Kingdom etc it is a little cramped on the board. But I love this set!

The best gateway game got better!
This game is a great way to get anyone into modern board games, easy to learn and greet fun to play. The limited edition gives you a bigger board, very detailed carriages and more.

Really Upset Damaged on arrival
Purchased for my autistic lad who had been going insane over this delivery. The box has a really bad area of damage that has penetrated the rather thick cardboard box. It had to have been there before being boxed up as the box it came in had no damage. This is a 15th anniversary box so was rather expensive for a train game. Please note this review is purely based on the state it came in, I'm sure the game is awesome.

Bought the normal edition as a gift for a friend. We loved it so I waited for a good deal on the 15th anniversary edition. It is a slightly larger board with beautiful artwork. Everytime I look at it I notice something new. The same goes for the playing cards, the artwork is different from the basic edition. The trains come with boxes for each colour and they actually are designed based on what they transport, cars, logs, post etc. This also includes an expansion pack with more tickets to play multiple variants like 1912 edition. Every single item of the basic edition is reworked including the tiny player's point tracker. An absolutely worthy eye candy board game.

My 8-year-old daughter loves ticket to ride, so we got this for Christmas. It’s a massive box, and the build quality is phenomenal. I love that the trains are different colors and models. It comes with a number of expansions - but that really just means it has more destination cards to pick from. If you have played tickets to ride, you’ll pick this up quickly. If you have never played ticket to ride, you can pick this up in a half hour or so. We order this to the original, I think because the trains themselves are more fun to play with, but I C also like how much more variation you get on this map in terms of the routes to can make. The only negative is that because so many “expansions” are included, we have to sort through the destination cards each time to include only the ones we want. Also, the stations are a little fiddly in terms of their mechanic, so you should read and re-read the rules for them before your first game.
