Idun Minerals Magna Lengthening Mascara - 009 Black For Women 0.4 Oz

This is great mascara. I tried their curved brush but for my small lashes this straight brush is by far better. It’s very easy to keep the product on my lashes rather then all over my lids, there was almost no mess to go back and clean with a swab like most mascaras. This makes tiny lashes look full and natural with no clumping at all. It stayed on all day without smudging. I especially like that their formulas don’t leave little black sticks all over your face for days, I hate that. This is the best mascara I’ve tried in a long time, it’s really hard to put mascara on really small lashes but this goes on super clean and easy. Very happy with this one. Highly recommend

This lengthening mascara comes with a tapered short bristle brush, that's fatter in the middle and narrow on each end. Application was easy and lengthening and darkening with the dark black tone was quite visible. It also didn't irritate my sensitive eyes or contacts. Found it a touch prone to clumping, which wasn't ideal, but worse is that it rubbed off all too easily, leaving me to be constantly fussing with cleaning my under-eye area. Didn't look bad, but I need something that stays a bit better.

This mascara lengthens my short, straight lashes quite well with a few coats. It doesn't clump much and it is deeply pigmented so my lashes stand out. I expect a lot from my mascaras and this one doesn't live up to all my expectations but does give me the length I crave. I don't get a ton of volume with this but, with a few coats, my lashes look fuller. It stays on well but will flake now and then. It's easy to remove at the end of the day. It's a good everyday mascara and, with a few carefully applied coats, gives enough drama for nighttime wear. ** I am updating this review in June, 2022 six month after the original review. I just bought another tube because the mascaras I have been wearing don't live up to this one. I am still searching for one that gives me more length and volume but, for now, this Idun Minerals Magna Lengthening Mascara is doing a good job giving me the length I crave.

I really like this mascara. I'm not looking for volume as much as length. With one coat plus a little touch up, I get the length I'm looking for. A second coat will give me volume if I want it. The mascara goes on clean without clumping or flaking. The brush has a shape that makes it easy to apply. It stays put all day and is easy to remove. It melts off with very little scrubbing. I use a little micellar water on a cotton pad or a facial cleansing cloth. I have sensitive eyes and wear contact lenses and experienced no irritation.
