Amazing - Your gums will thank you.
This is an amazing setup and actually the second one I’ve bought. The first lasted about 5 years before it started to get worn and dirty from regular use. I’ve historically had pockets in my gums and used to get lectured at every dental cleaning for not flossing enough. This completely changed that routine—it does the job thoroughly and makes flossing easy and consistent. My gums have never been healthier since using it. Overall, it’s one of those products I wish I had started using sooner.

Waterpik review
This is a great product. I always put off flossing my teeth, but did it for dental health reasons. The water Pick, combined with the brushing action is both quick and easy to use and leaves a feeling that your mouth has been thoroughly cleaned. Definitely not a budget item. It costs about $200 including tax.

Mostly Love
I had an old waterpik which had seen better days. I had a sonic toothbrush which made my teeth feel wonderful but gave me repetitive stress issues. I finally decided to spend the money on this combo unit and it really is better than the the sum of its parts. It finds all the little hidden bits of leaves and such that distress one's teeth while efficiently cleaning that all important gumline. That is, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. And there's no spitting! Bonus! So, only *mostly* love, because it's just a little too smart for its own good. The brush pulses to make four time divisions then turns off. The only way to have enough water to make it to the end is to have it overflow while filling. Filled up to what looks like the same point is not sufficient. I'm big on saving water, but just a tad more generosity in the tank would actually save water. The old hunch is necessary while doing the combination, or else water will run down one's forearm. I'm not sure if there could be any design solution to that, but it's the brushing part that takes that long. Those who can't hunch can use the brushing part and waterpik part separately. It was hard at first to set the toothbrush in the receptacle, but I learned that holding the hose coil in place, against the unit, it's much easier to seat the brush. The only really bad thing about this is the price--and I paid up not to have black. :)

Takes a bit to figure out and adjust to...
One thing to know is that although its advertised that you can brush and floss at the same time, the actual application of this concept leaves something to be desired. When you activate the floss and bruch together feature, the flossing rinses all the toothpaste from you mouth before it can be used. So, I brush, then floss. The deep clean is amazing and this has enough power. The brush is set for two minutes and the it will stop automatically. FLAW: if you pause it briefly while brushing, the two minutes restarts. Unlike my phillips sonic care, which you could pause and restart without resetting the two minute time limit. This comes with two heads, one normal size and one for travel, i found they work equally well until one literally broke off in my mouth. I ordered more from Amazon and they have lasted well, so maybe a fluke. Bottom line: This thing does what it does well, but one must be patient and brush first, then floor. Also, don't forget to fill the water reservoir with warm water prior to using flosser. The flosser is super powerful and will clean the heck out of your teeth. Which, as I think about it, is the entire purpose of this thing: clean teeth. This doesn't disappoint.

Great Customer Service & Tips on Reconnecting the Flosser
TLDR: If somehow the flosser doesn't respond to the toothbrush's signals and the radio and toothbrush resets don’t work, drain the toothbrush's battery completely by setting it idle for a week or so and reconnect the set to power. Make sure you place the toothbrush in the base before reconnecting the set to power. Waterpik offers great customer service and the device works great and does what it's supposed to do most of the time. ----------------------------------------- I bought one 2.5 years ago, and after less than 2 months of using it, the flosser stopped responding to the toothbrush's command. I don't know how it happened but I knew it was a housekeeper who unplugged the device as he had to clean the counter. After a few days of testing the flossing function and trying the troubleshooting techniques without success, I gave up and contacted Waterpik's customer service. They asked for anything, you know, that would allow them to honor the warranty. The process was a bit annoying (just a bit, and is absolutely nothing compared to arguing with insurance about coverage) but Waterpik in the end sent me another set for free which I'm still using today. Being the environmentally conscious and lazy person I am, I kept the first set because it'd be a chore to dispose of it properly, so I just put it into the original packaging and stored it in the vanity cabinet. Last year, I had to move to another state and while I was packing stuff up, I saw the set and decided to give it another try before completely throwing it away. And it xxxxing worked!!!!!! Now that I commute in between cities, I've placed one at the residence close to my workplace!!! Also I've been periodontitis free for the past 2 years! Thanks Waterpik!!

Expensive, but worth it!
This is the Cadillac of dental care! You can floss and brush at the same time. And, it lets you change pressure on the flossing, and speed on the brushing.

It was just meh, and then the flosser feature broke
Unfortunately, I don't recommend this product for the following reasons: 1) The button to turn on/off the water flosser is directly below the button to turn on/off the toothbrush. I can't count the number of times that I've inadvertently pressed the flosser button and water sprays everywhere. It's easy to press this button because of its location on the toothbrush, and also because the handle for the toothbrush is small in diameter and slippery when wet...and of course it's going to get wet...so it's tough to avoid pressing buttons while trying to hold onto it. I can disconnect the water flosser to avoid this problem, but that defeats the purpose imho and is a hassle. 2) I seem to spend an inordinate amount of time keeping this unit clean. The toothbrush and base have lots of crevices. 3) At this price, I expected a better product, especially from Waterpik. It’s just meh. Not great, not terrible. I can work around the above annoyances, but wish I hadn’t spent so much money on it. I gave it 3 stars because the water flosser does a good job, and the reservoir holds a sufficient amount of water compared to the "all-in-one" models, where the water reservoir is in the handle. If you have a dental implant, you need a water flosser. Once this toothbrush/flosser needs replacing, I'll look for a different design. Hopefully Waterpik will come up with something better. UPDATE: Not long after giving this product 3 stars and a "Meh" review, the flosser stopped working. Actually, it won't STOP working, and wants to run continuously when the unit is plugged in. Now all I have is an expensive electric toothbrush. It gets one star.

Mismatched items cost time and money!
I had one of these and loved it. I even rave about the product to my friends and bought one for Christmas as a gift for one of my best friends. It ended up being a mistake with plenty of consequences. The unit didn’t work, and after several attempts of investigating it once she turned it over to me, I found that the base unit and the toothbrush don’t match IDs, so the highly touted wireless connection didn’t work and would never work since they are tied to the unit’s ID. This careless mistake on the manufacturer’s side meant I was forced to take back the present and return it. I had to then personally repack it and bring it to the post office and pay $66.60 to ship it back. Amazon is only going to reimburse me for half of that, and only weeks from now. Terrible service on both Amazon’s part (I’ve always been able to get returns picked up but they don’t offer it anymore) as well as Waterpik for screwing up in the first place!

Worked for 10 good months, then the flossing stops working due to wirelessly connection issue.
Truely believe the product is a faulty given a large number of reviewers came back here with the same issue with wireless water flossing after a few months of use. I have contacted Amazon to contact seller for warranty services or compensation, if any. Will be back to update here upon their response. Update: 24/01/2023 got a auto-reply from the system that the seller of my unit is no longer Amazon, so I am not able to ask for further support. Will face a dispute under Australian consumer law.
